Russell Stokes, founder of Capital Car Advisors, has been a car enthusiast for his entire life. Before this became a business, researching cars, comparing models, spotting good deals, and helping the people around him has been his foremost passion. For over 15 years, friends and family across the DC, Maryland, and Virginia area have called him whenever they were ready to buy a new car. He quickly became the person who could find them the right car, the right dealership, and the right deal, without the stress or pressure that usually comes with the process.
That passion ultimately inspired him to create Capital Car Advisors, a service designed for everyday buyers who want guidance, confidence, and clarity when purchasing a new vehicle.
